Sorry for the scary picture readers, but this woman is whom President Race/Gender/Class Hustler Hussein Obama has nominated to replace retiring justice Souter. Sonia Sotomayor, a 54 year old, childless, briefly married graduate of Princeton and Yale law school makes this super f'ing fantastic claim for her qualifications in a speech at UC Berkeley in 2001:
"Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences, a possibility I abhor less or discount less than my colleague Judge Cedarbaum, our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging. Justice O'Connor has often been cited as saying that a wise old man and wise old woman will reach the same conclusion in deciding cases. I am not so sure Justice O'Connor is the author of that line since Professor Resnik attributes that line to Supreme Court Justice Coyle. I am also not so sure that I agree with the statement. First, as Professor Martha Minnow has noted, there can never be a universal definition of wise. Second, I would hope that a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life."
Yes, you read that right, Obama's choice for the Supreme Court flat out says her experience as a Latina woman makes her a better judge than a white male (question: what is White?). This Latina woman who has never had a family and graduated from the finest Ivy League schools in the land believes her sex and race make her better than you and more experienced in life. And our president believes the same thing. Yeah, that quote is from an article in NPR! Even they don't think she's so wise. El Presidente Empty Suit Socialist, remember, he's the first post-racial president!, nominates a racist Latina as his first choice to the Supreme Court. Is it any surprise that a congregant of Reverend Jeremiah Wright's church would make a choice like this? It shouldn't be. I don't feel like digging too much into this tonight. We'll go through her rulings in following posts, and note why this may not be such a bad thing after all for conservatives.
This is not surprising. She will be making law from the bench. Judging based on what she feels. A judge is supposed to be blind to the status of a person whom they are judging, this is why Lady Justice has a blindfold.

You know, if any of our dreams actually do come true(I very much intend them to), then people could quote us on this blog someday and really make us look like ass holes. I wonder what happens to all these comments we write.
If you ever plan to become somebody of importance you should guard your history. Look at Sarah Palin. The went through her history and life with a find toothed comb.
ReplyDeleteI saw on Beck that she quoted in her year book at her senior year at Princeton Norman Thomas, a leading American socialist during the 30s through the 60s. Look him up on Wikipedia. Another famous quote of his: "The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of 'liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist and his

So, it looks like we will have a Judge who has shown that she looked up to a well know American socialist. And another fact to help to illustrate President Obama's ties and affinity for collectivism/socialism/communism. They are just slimming there way into the American government.
