Commenting Policy Change

Our few annoying commentors have left us, and Blogspot now has an annoying problem with gmail accounts, so I am enabling unmoderated commenting for now.  We'll see how it goes.  Comments on two week old or older posts will still be moderated, just so we'll be aware that someone is posting.
