Baseball is here

The season started of strong yesterday with an entertaining game by the Red Sox and Yankees. There was a lot of offense in a game that ended with a red sox victory 10-7.

Mariners are going to be strong this year. With key additions Cliff Lee and Chone Figgins. Look for them to win their division and make a run for the pennant. You heard it here first.

  1. World series predictions are welcomed.

    Mine are
    Mariners vs. St. Louis

    Mariners in 6.

  2. Lackluster start for Felix (3 runs in 6 innings), but the bullpen held it together, and as a team gave up only 5 hits as the Mariners won 5-3.

  3. Phillies made Jamie Moyer their #5 in the rotation. What an awesome starting staff they must be if Jamie is only #5. I predict Phillies-Mariners in the WS, with Phillies on top this year, giving Jamie a World Series ring. Then he'll retire, and Mariners will take it next year.

  4. I heard the Braves did well. I will be rooting for them. I don't really care about the Red Sox. I notice at work that people tend to support the winning team and not the home team. I find that annoying. I don't really keep up with sports.
